TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Nature of the Business
Smash Golf Ltd operates as a limited company, not a members’ club. Obtaining a Pass is a revocable license to use the facilities, not ownership or shareholder rights. The company retains full control over operations, pricing, and access. We do not require committees or captains. Matches against other clubs will be arranged at the discretion of the owners and subject to a internal vote and if viable for the business.
2. Pass Agreement
By applying for and accepting a Smash Golf Pass, players agree to abide by all business rules, policies, and these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.
3. Pass Types
Pass categories (e.g. Full/ Flex) are defined by Smash Golf Ltd. Each category has specific access rights and restrictions. The company reserves the right to amend or withdraw categories at any time based on the business needs.
4. Fees & Payments
All fees must be paid in full or via agreed payment plan. Fees are non-refundable, except at the company’s discretion. Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination or admin fee of £20.00. We accept clear-pay which acts as our direct debit scheme via square.
- Standing order payments must be paid in full by October (6 months)
- A £20.00 admin fee is payable which each pass.
-Standing orders are only available on Full pass options.
5. Use of Facilities
Players may use the golf course and facilities subject to availability, booking systems, course conditions, and maintenance. Smash Golf Ltd reserves the right to restrict access or close the course without notice where necessary. We operate as a 9 Hole Golf Course.
6. Development Disclaimer
Members acknowledge that Smash Golf may be undergoing development or improvement works. Certain areas or services may be limited or unavailable, and no compensation will be given for such interruptions. All avenues of the business will be developed over time.
7. Conduct & Etiquette
Players must follow the Rules of Golf, respect staff and others, and comply with dress and safety requirements. Passes may be suspended or terminated for misconduct or inappropriate behaviour.
8. Liability
Players use the facilities at their own risk. Smash Golf Ltd is not liable for personal injury or loss/damage of personal property. Players are responsible for any damage they cause to any Smash Golf facilities or products/items
9. Health & Safety
Players must ensure they are medically fit to play, follow safety instructions, and report hazards or incidents. We recommend/ Advised taking out your own Golf insurance whilstvisiting / playing at Smash Golf.
10. Guests & Visitors
Smash Golf does not offer any discount for guests or visitors (unless stated otherwise). We do not offer Guest Green fees or Buggy reductions to pass holders.
11. Cancellation & Termination
Smash Golf Ltd reserves the right to cancel or suspend membership at its discretion. Members may cancel in accordance with agreed notice periods. Refunds are not guaranteed.
12. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws for administration and communication purposes.
13. Changes to Terms
Smash Golf Ltd may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, and updated terms will apply immediately.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
15.Buggy usage
No players may use their own Golf buggies on the premises at any time and it is strictly forbidden. Only Smash Golf buggies can used on the premises which are subject to availability and must be prebooked. All players agree with our buggy health and safety policy when applying to a Smash Golf pass.
16.Management Committee
Smash Golf has its own management Committee which controls all aspects of the business. No other committees can be formed to operate an internal part of the club.
17. Food and beverage Discount
Smash Golf passes allows players to obtain discounts on Food and Beverage. The % is at the discretion of the owners. This discount must not be shared or passed on at anytime.
18. Tee Time Booking
We have developed our own booking system at Smash Golf , this is not BRS. We want flexibility and create our own offers. Pass holders can book with a unique number once signed up. Our course is played as a 9 hole course , not 18 holes. Players must book 2 9 holes loops with the Professional shop. Players can book 30 days in advance.
19. Competitions
Smash Golf will be running competitions throughout the year. This will be a gradual process as we find out how the course plays and fits the business needs. We plan to have open Competitions along with pass holders weekly competitions.
20. Handicaps
We are not affiliated to England Golf. Our course still has a rating which has not changed. We will operate our own handicap system for our competitions. Our competition terms and conditions will be announced soon.
